FAQ: Returns/Repairs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)

Most items come with a 30-day money back guarantee as long as they are returned in the original packaging and in original condition.  Products that are professional factory-calibrated instruments including Tamaya sextants, Stanley London Mark 3 sextants, calibrated theodolites, Francis Barker calibrated prismatic compasses, and Brunton pocket transits, or items that are special ordered, customized, engraved, or supplied with engraved plaques per the customer's request cannot be returned under the retail 30-day money back trial.

However, if your engraved item needs to be repaired within 30 days of purchase, please return it and we will gladly repair or replace, re-engrave if necessary, and return your item to you.  Please address all returns/repairs to:

Specify whether the package is a return for credit or a repair on a note or on the shipping label.  Please return using original packaging with at least two inches of padding around the product, include a copy of your original sales receipt, and write your 6-digit sale number on the address label or on the outside of the carton.  See the Conditions of Sale on the back of your sales receipt for additional information.
